The air in your business is very important. There are so many ill effects that poor air quality can have on your employees as well as your customers that it should be a no-brainer to do something about it.

In fact, you will find that your business will run much more smoothly if you invest the time and effort on improving air-quality. Poor air-quality can make people sleepy, irritable and causing them to have a hard time to focus, none of which is good for productivity. So, what can you do?

Filters in the building’s HVAC system should be exchanged regularly, and if possible, some fresh air from outside should be introduced every now and then to air out the building.

There are also things that could actively worsen the air-quality inside of a building, such as chemicals and smoke. Make sure there is good ventilation and that areas that contain those chemicals are separated from your workers and customers.
