If your business is still operating under the current circumstances, you probably want to do everything that you can to keep your employees as well as your customers safe from the coronavirus. This might not be the easiest thing to do since many stores have sold out of their cleaning supplies, and new deliveries might be delayed because of the current situation. Fortunately, one of the most common cleaning solutions used, which is bleach, can be used at a fairly low dilution and be very effective.
Usually, a solution of about 1/3 cup of bleach will be enough to kill the virus on contact. It is important to focus on areas that are touched frequently, such as door handles, buttons, equipment, and registers should be regularly wiped down throughout the day, especially when someone switches jobs.
If you have a customer that comes in with a cough, it might be wise to track their movements throughout the store so that anything that they touched or coughed on can be disinfected.
